Entrants may
make wagers on any thoroughbred, harness, greyhound or jai-alai event being
conducted December 17, 2005.
Players may
wager on the full card from Philadelphia Park, Freehold, Calder, Aqueduct,
Laurel, Turfway Park, Tampa Bay Downs, Thistledowns/ Beulah, Fair Grounds,
Lincoln, Derby Lane, and Palm Beach. Other tracks available, although not
the full card, are Sunland, Turf Paradise, Flamboro, Evangeline Downs,
Golden Gate, Bluffs Run and Dover. Miami and Dania Jai-alai matinee only. A
wager on Jai-Ali must go off prior to 6PM).

$1,500 Live Money Contest Rules
Contest at Sports Haven and Bradley Teletheater
December 17, 2005
1.
The contest is FREE to enter. Autotote will fund the prize pool.
Contestants may play the contest at Sports Haven and Bradley Teletheater.
2.
In order to participate, contestants must purchase a $100 cash only
“Contest card.” Contestants will use the card to place wagers.
3.
Entrants keep all pari-mutuel winnings.
4.
Win, place, show, exacta, quinella, trifecta, superfecta and multiple
race bets are allowed, such as daily doubles, pick 3, pick 4 and pick 6
wagering. The last leg of any multiple race wager must conclude by 6PM. (Do not
wager on a multi-leg wagers after race 2 from Golden Gate, after race 3 from
Hollywood from race 5 from Turf Paradise, Hawthorne and Sunland. Multiple race
wagers that conclude after 6PM will be disqualified from the contest).
5.

6.
There is no maximum or minimum bet amount per race. Bets may be made on
more than one horse or wagering pool per race. Contestants must wager a total of
$100.
7.
The winner of the contest is the person who has the highest total
remaining in his account. The winner will receive $1,000. Second place is $500,
third place $300.
8.
Players may add money to their balance if it is less than $1. Players may
only add money by contacting a customer service representative located in the
lobby at Sports Haven or at the program stand at Bradley. Adding additional cash
to a bankroll through a teller will result in a disqualification.
9.
Patrons must place all wagers in person. No intermediaries or agents may
place wagers.
10.
All tournament wagers must be made on self-service terminals or Tiny Tims
using a tournament plastic account card and pin number.
11.
No cancellations on any wagers for any reason after post time. In the
event of a late scratch, the rules of the host track will prevail.
12.
All official track rulings will apply to horses and wagering pools.
13.
Autotote is not responsible for shut outs or incomplete transactions. No
exceptions under any circumstances.
14.
Autotote is not responsible for lost or mutilated account cards.
15.
The decision of the judges in all
matters related to the contest is final.
16.
All contestants must be at least 18
years of age.
17.
Winners are subject to all state and
federal tax requirements.
18.
The receipt of a registration form
signifies the entrant’s acceptance of all rules and conditions stated herein. An
entry constitutes acceptance of and responsibility for adherence to all rules
and conditions of the contest as stated in the complete rules.
19.
All participants agree to have their
name or image appear in any publicity material (posters, newsletters, programs,
etc) and to be printed in any publication.
20.
Officers and employees of Autotote
and their immediate families, and employees of the Department of Special
Revenue, State of Connecticut, and their immediate families, are not eligible to
enter the contest.
21.
The right is reserved to terminate,
withdraw or modify this contest at any time without prior notice. In this event,
all contest fees will be refunded.
