Win A Trip to Palm Beach Kennel Club’s Greyhound Handicapping Open

1)  People will deposit their losing Palm Beach tickets into a promotion box at each of Autotote’s locations. People will write their name, address and phone number on the back of the tickets.

2)  The promotion begins Friday, June 22 and continues until Sunday, July 15.  People may enter everyday at any Autotote location - Sports Haven, Bradley Teletheater, Bristol, East Haven, Hartford, Norwalk, New Britain, Shoreline Star Torrington, and Waterbury.

3)  People may enter as often as they would like.

4)  People need not be present to win. 

5)  At the end of the promotional period, all entries will be sent to Sports Haven and combined in one entry bin.  On Wednesday, July 18, one name will be chosen as the winner.

6)  The winner will receive air transportation, hotel accommodations for two nights, and a free entry into the Palm Beach Kennel Club Handicapping Open, Sunday, August 26, 2007 to be held at the Palm Beach Greyhound track in Palm Beach, Florida.  The prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for any cash value.

7)   The decision of the judges in all matters related to the contest is final.

8)   All contestants must be at least 21 years of age.

9)   Winners are subject to all state and federal tax requirements.

10) Entering the contest signifies the entrant’s acceptance of all rules and conditions stated herein. An entry constitutes acceptance of and responsibility for adherence to all rules and conditions of the contest as stated in the complete rules.

11) By accepting a prize, each winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, Autotote Enterprises, and their parent and their affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective trustees, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents of each of them from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any contest related activity or participation in this contest.

12) Where permitted, the winner agrees to permit Autotote and their parent and affiliated and subsidiary companies and those acting pursuant to the direction  or control of either of them, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including to but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times, the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, compensation, authorization and remuneration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for, or provide biographical information for use in, any presentation or other activity which may include filming/ audio/ video/electronic or other recordings and / or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by Autotote.

13) Officers and employees of Autotote and their immediate families, and employees of the Department of Special Revenue, State of Connecticut, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the contest.

14) The right is reserved to terminate, withdraw or modify this contest at any time without prior notice.
